Applications for complimentary Industrial Guest Passes are subject to review and approval by Decarb Connect management. Submission of an application does not guarantee a pass. Passes are allocated at the sole discretion of Decarb Connect, based on eligibility criteria and event capacity. Decarb Connect reserves the right to accept or decline any application and to withdraw or amend pass allocations at any time without prior notice.
Decarb Connect UK 2026 – Guest Pass Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Guest passes are strictly available to director-level or above professionals who are directly involved in decarbonization strategy, operations, or technology deployment within their organization.
- Industry Requirement: Applicants must be employed by companies operating in one or more of the following sectors:
Refining, Paper & Pulp, Other, Oil & Gas, Mining, Metals, Glass, Chemical, Cement, Agriculture, Aggregates, Ceramics - Verification: All applications are subject to review. Decarb Connect reserves the right to verify job titles, company affiliations, and industry relevance before approving a guest pass.
- Exclusions: Passes are not available to vendors, consultants, solution providers, or service companies seeking commercial opportunities, unless approved under a separate category.
- Revocation: Decarb Connect reserves the right to revoke or deny guest passes at its discretion if eligibility criteria are not met or if misuse is identified.
- Meetings: By accepting a VIP pass, you are committing to attending at least 5 in-person meetings at the event.
- Event Access: Guest passes provide access to the event only. Additional access to a site visit and the networking dinner may require an upgraded registration.
